The comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday home with two separate residential units is located on the owner's 4,000 square meter residential property in a quiet location. It is approx. 1 km to the Baltic Sea beach. Each residential unit is identically equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a kitchenette with electric hob and microwave, shower/WC, underfloor heating and a fireplace.
 
Each apartment has a covered terrace with garden furniture, a grill and a sun lounger. WiFi is also available. There is a free parking space available at the house for each residential unit. An additional parking space is only possible for the apartment USE 1650-left by arrangement. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels.
